Account Deletion Request

Users of the Dwcra Bazaar - Vendor App may request deletion of their account and associated personal information at any time.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request account deletion, please send an email from your registered email address to:

Include the following information in your email:

• Registered Name

• Registered Mobile Number

• Registered Email Address

• Request for Account Deletion

What Happens After Your Request

Once we receive your request:

1. We will verify the account ownership.

2. Your account will be permanently deleted from our active systems.

3. Access to the Dwcra Bazaar - Vendor App will be removed.

4. Associated personal information will be deleted unless retention is required by applicable laws, regulations, dispute resolution requirements, fraud prevention, or other legitimate business obligations.

Data Retention

Certain records such as transaction history, invoices, audit logs, or information required by law may be retained for a limited period even after account deletion.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are generally processed within 7 business days from successful verification of the account owner.
